How much does delivery cost and how long is delivery?

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy for international orders we offer a 30 day returns policy.

You have asked me for further information due to security checks but you have taken money from my account for my order.

Payments are upfront and then security checked by the bank to prevent fraudulent activity over the web. These checks are in place to help protect the card holder from fraud. Your order may have been highlighted by the bank for further security checks - thus we requested further information from you.

How do I go about returning an item?

There should be a returns note in the parcel, simply fill out your details and the details of the item being returned before packing your item securely and dropping off at your local postal depot. Please obtain proof of delivery and keep this receipt safe until you have received your refund

I applied a discount code to my order, but the discount did not show on my order?

Discount codes may only be applied to full priced products. If you have attempted to use a discount code on an existing sale item, this may not have been accepted on your order.

Do you have any shops that I can visit and try dresses on?

There are many outlets stocking the Forever Unique range across the world, however only our online website includes our entire range.
